Concessions and Association Requirements

- A member must hold a licence or a state authorization for gaming (including betting) in the country where it performs its activities.
- Game sales must represent the majority of the organization’s total annual gross revenue.
- The majority of the organization’s net income must be used for the public benefit.
Športna Loterija has concessions granted by the Republic of Slovenia for all the games it organizes and, according to the Gaming Act and the concession contracts, is subject to strict control of the Office for Gaming Supervision, operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance.
Any gambling without a concession is prohibited under the Gaming Act.
All the concession fees are designated for the Foundation for Sports Organizations (FSO) and the Foundation for Financing Disability and Humanitarian Organizations (FIHO).[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
