Sport Loterija has all licenses for the use of gaming and lottery devices issued by the competent supervisory authority based on certificates and reports on suitability issued by the Slovenian Institute for Quality and Metrology (SIQ) and SIQ Gaming Laboratory, d. o. o.

In 2008, Sports Lottery obtained a certificate of responsible gambling from the independent commission of the World Lottery Association (WLA), and in 2012 a certificate from the European Lottery Association EL – European State Lottery and Toto Association.
