The member must have a license or authorization from the country to organize games of chance (including betting) in the country where the activity is carried out.
Game sales must represent the majority of the organization's total annual gross revenue.
The majority of the organization's net income must be used for public benefit.
The Sports Lottery has been granted concessions by the Government of the Republic of Slovenia for all the games it organizes and, according to the Act on Games of Chance and Concession Agreements, is subject to strict control by the Financial Administration of the Republic of Slovenia, which also has jurisdiction over the organization of games of chance, Office of the Republic of Slovenia for the prevention of money laundering and the Ministry of Finance.
Any other organization of gambling that does not have a concession for its operation is prohibited under the Gambling Act.
Concession fees belong entirely to the Sports Foundation (FŠO) and the Foundation for the Financing of Disability and Humanitarian Organizations (FIHO).
